Responsibilities

• Analyze and report availability of material to Manufacturing supervisors and management
• Maintain schedule and status of deliverables, actions and issues
• Analyze and respond to all MRP and manually generated material and shop order requisitions
• Liaison with Program Management, Operations and Engineering to resolve issues affecting the build and test cycle
• Proactively participate in continuous improvement activities affecting the planning, procurement, build and test process
• Any additional work as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 2 - 5 years of experience in production planning required, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of production planning principles, including master production scheduling, material requirements planning, and capacity planning
• Self-starter with ability to get tasks accomplished on time
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, IFS, JDE), Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• APICS CPIM, CSCP, or CPSM certifications a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are essential
