PLANNER / ESTIMATOR

About the role

Responsible for providing estimates and planning services to clients. Works closely with project managers to ensure timely and accurate project completion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
• Develop project plans and timelines
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure project success

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction estimating
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
