Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical individual to join our team and play a critical role in our sales and operations planning process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating customer demand and sales forecasts into actionable production plans, ensuring alignment across various departments, and supporting strategic decision-making to meet corporate objectives.

This Job Is For You If:

  • You can prepare the Sales Forecast Plan based on orders and customers' demand.
  • You can generate production indices out of the Sales Forecast Plan, e.g., Starts Plan using Capacity Model, Raw Materials Plan, etc.
  • You can work with the Sales, Customer Support, Operations, and Business Units on execution to the forecast in order to maximize the results and hit the corporate targets.
  • You can define priorities, Build-To-Forecast to secure commitments to customers.
  • You can generate various reports, comparisons, and analysis to support the management team in a timely and accurate manner.
  • You can have ongoing interactions with the Sales, Business Units, Customer Support, Production, Procurement, and Finance organizations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, with a strong preference for a background in Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in planning/production planning and developing.
  • A prior experience with the semiconductor industry or fabless companies.
  • A prior experience working with customers.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and data analysis.
  • Very good English – written and spoken.
  • Knowledge and experience in using business systems such as SAP, ERP, and CRM.
  • Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
