About the role

This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference to homes and communities. You’ll lead the delivery of investment programmes, working closely with contractors, colleagues, and residents to take projects from planning through to completion ensuring homes are well maintained, modern, and places people are proud to live in.

  • Care about doing a good job and delivering homes that support residents to make the most of later living

Pay

Salary: Up to £43,651.61 per annum (depending on experience)

Schedule

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30
