Planned Works Surveyor

About the role

You’ll lead the delivery of investment programmes, working closely with contractors, colleagues, and residents to take projects from planning through to completion ensuring homes are well maintained, modern, and places people are proud to live in.

• Experience in planned works or property maintenance
• Confident managing projects
• Understand the importance of safety, quality, and value for money
• Collaborative and approachable style working closely with colleagues, contractors, and keeping residents informed
• Care about doing a good job and delivering homes that support residents to make the most of later living

Pay

Salary: Up to £43,651.61 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30
