About the role
Responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and other construction-related data.
Responsibilities
- Conducts detailed surveys using various surveying equipment and techniques.
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of survey data.
- Collaborates with architects, engineers, and clients to interpret and implement survey results.
- May assist in project planning and design phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field.
- Valid state license as a Surveyor.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in GIS software.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Proficient in GPS/GIS technology.
- Knowledge of construction standards and regulations.
