• Operational Management: Supervise shift activities, manage budgets, control inventory, and oversee compliance with site protocols.

What You Offer

• Proven ability to lead teams and foster open, respectful communication
• Minimum 3–5 years in sawmill, planer, or heavy industrial settings; 1–2 years supervisory experience
• Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Office)
• Knowledge of lumber manufacturing and grading is an asset
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities; able to perform under pressure and across shifts
