Plaintiff’s Attorney – Litigation Opportunity

About the role

The Plaintiff’s Attorney position is part of a dedicated litigation team focused on defending clients in complex legal matters. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in plaintiff’s litigation, including experience in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in high-stakes litigation cases
• Prepare and present evidence in court
• Develop and deliver persuasive arguments in court
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in Oregon
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant litigation experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Experience with legal research and document review

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of legal ethics and professional conduct

$125,000 - $185,000 annually
