This role is not client-facing and focuses on developing core litigation skills that build strong trial attorneys. It offers hands-on litigation experience and the chance to work closely with an experienced legal team on complex matters involving toxic exposure and corporate misconduct. Responsibilities

• Legal research and writing
• Motion practice
• Discovery drafting and responses
• Court appearances, dockets, and hearings

Requirements

• Active Missouri law license (required)
• Illinois law license or eligibility to obtain one (preferred)
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• 0-2 years of litigation experience (toxic tort, mass tort, or personal injury exposure helpful but not required)
• Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and collaborate within a litigation team
