Responsibilities
- Represent plaintiffs in catastrophic injury cases
- Manage cases from inception through resolution or trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs
- Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses
- Appear in court for hearings and oral arguments
- Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive base salary ranging from $180,000 to $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
