Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney

About the role

Our growing plaintiff personal injury practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least one year of litigation or personal injury experience to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
• Work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in TX
• 1+ years of plaintiff personal injury or civil litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
