Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year A bit about us: Based in Philadelphia, we are a boutique litigation firm representing plaintiffs in complex medical and legal malpractice matters, including nerve injury, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury claims arising from dental, medical, and legal negligence. Our attorneys are known for selective case intake and a track record of significant recoveries for injured clients. Why join us? Manage a caseload of medical and/or legal malpractice matters from intake through resolutionConduct client intake and case evaluation under the firm's selective case criteriaCoordinate with medical experts on standard of care and causation issuesDraft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motionsRepresent clients in depositions, mediations, and trial Looking for: Pennsylvania Bar admission2+ years plaintiff malpractice experience (medical or legal malpractice focus)Associate through of counsel considered Experience in any of the following areas welcomed: Medical malpracticeLegal malpracticePersonal injuryProfessional negligenceWrongful deathWorkplace injuriesProduct liability Interested in hearing more?
