Malpractice Litigation Attorney
Job Details
We are seeking experienced defense litigation attorneys barred in New Jersey. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-caliber team on complex medical malpractice and professional liability cases.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Barred in New Jersey (NY/PA is a plus)
- 2+ years of experience in insurance defense, medical malpractice, or general liability litigation
- Strong litigation and case management skills, including deposition and courtroom experience
- Experience litigating in New Jersey state and/or federal courts highly preferred

We are looking for experienced defense litigation attorneys who are passionate about defending healthcare providers against malpractice claims. You will be working closely with a talented team of lawyers and paralegals to handle complex cases in both state and federal courts.
Requirements

Skills
Strong litigation and case management skills, including deposition and courtroom experience. Experience litigating in New Jersey state and/or federal courts is a plus.
