We are a well-established, full-service defense litigation law firm headquartered in North Jersey, known for our commitment to excellence in malpractice and negligence defense. Our clients include major hospital systems, nursing homes, managed care organizations, assisted living facilities, physicians, and healthcare professionals across the country.
Responsibilities
We are seeking experienced defense litigation attorneys barred in New Jersey. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-caliber team on complex medical malpractice and professional liability cases.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Barred in New Jersey (NY/PA is a plus)
- 2+ years of experience in insurance defense, medical malpractice, or general liability litigation
- Strong litigation and case management skills, including deposition and courtroom experience
- Experience litigating in New Jersey state and/or federal courts highly preferred
