The Commercial Lines Producer position is open to a motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in commercial lines insurance placement, strong marketing experience, and a hunger for success.

• Sell and place new and renewal commercial lines insurance business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to secure competitive quotes and ensure successful placement of accounts.
• Support producers by managing the marketing and placement process for various accounts.
• Handle a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging from small to large, across multiple industries.
• Utilize technology effectively to streamline workflows and enhance client service.

Licenses: An active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.

Experience: Prior experience in commercial lines insurance placement is essential.

Technical Skills: Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.

Soft Skills: Strong sales acumen and a demonstrated ability to identify and seize opportunities. Self-motivated and driven to achieve results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a high level of productivity. Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Compensation Package: Salary: $60,000 - $70,000+ (depending on experience)
