Placement Consultant
Responsibilities
- Produce life and disability product illustration and proposals.
- Aid in creating market-leading illustration quote templates.
- Aid in maintaining carrier product studies.
- Assist in the intake and evaluation of new sales opportunities.
- Support external and internal sales teams in their sales efforts by sharing product expertise and collaborating on calls and emails.
- Aid internal and external sales teams in pre-sales preparation of presentations and broker call preparation.
- Manage and build relationships between internal/external sales teams and producers to support intake of new sales opportunities.
- Follow service protocols to include but not limited to quote turnaround times and responding to Sales Managers.
- Manage pipeline data entry and quote follow-ups.
Requirements
- Familiarity with insurance quoting tools for life, disability, long term care, and annuity product lines.
- Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of CRM systems. AMS experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of both products and concepts within the life and disability insurance industry.
- Wholesale experience strongly preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of related industry experience.
- Life & Health insurance license preferred (or ability to obtain license within 90 days).
Skills

Benefits
Pay details: The base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
