Placement Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Placement Analyst to help facilitate the marketing and placement process by coordinating submissions, gathering documentation, and maintaining communication with our carrier partners and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and submit applications and supporting documentation to insurance carriers.
• Obtain and compare insurance quotes from multiple carriers.
• Assist with gathering underwriting information and ensuring submission packages are complete and accurate.
• Process binder requests and maintain policy documentation.
• Assist with proposal preparation, policy binding, and the renewal process.
• Track carrier responses, follow up on outstanding items, and maintain workflow timelines.
• Coordinate communication between Placement Specialist, Producers, Carrier Representatives, and internal team members.

Requirements

• Current Florida 2-20 License or ability to obtain.
• Relevant insurance industry education, training, or experience.
• Working knowledge of Sagitta Agency Management System, or willingness to learn.
• Possess good skills of persuasion and sales ability.
