Place Finish Field Lead

About the role

Responsible for leading construction projects from design through completion. Works closely with clients to understand project requirements and ensures timely delivery of high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Oversee budgeting and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and resolve issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Qualifications

• Experience with project management software such as Primavera or MS Project
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices
• Understanding of contract negotiations and dispute resolution
