Job Responsibilities
- Cook up final assembly activities with Team Leader to ensure 1st shift final assemble objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Monitor performance for production and quality standards.
- Promotes a positive safety culture at all times.
- Provides direction and leadership to hourly personnel (Approximately 5-15 employees).
- Participation in Lean Manufacturing efforts & initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years production supervisor experience.
- Experience managing 5-15 employees.
- Must exercise continuous leadership to focus plant efforts on priorities.
