Requirements

• Active, fully initiated, practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church
• Possess a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration, Leadership, or a related field
• Possess or be eligible for North Carolina administrator licensure
• Have a minimum of 3–5 years of teaching experience; Catholic school leadership experience preferred
• Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills
• Proficiency with educational technology and strategic planning
