Pizza Maker - Eataly West Palm

Responsibilities

• Produces roman-style pizza alla pala in accordance with authentic Italian recipes.
• Prepares pizzas according to specific recipes.
• Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary food production area according to Department of Health standards.
• Works towards mastering all shifts in pizza production.
• Assists Sales Associates if needed and engages with guests interested in learning about pizza production.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a back of house production position.
• Good work ethic, communication and time management skills.

Requirements

• Availability to work onsite with a flexible, open schedule often including evenings and weekends preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to exert well-paced mobility for at least 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting.
• Ability to work with a wood burning oven, electric pizza convection oven and commercial spiral mixer.
