About The Role

We’re looking for a skilled Pizza Maker who can confidently operate a coal/wood-fired oven and deliver consistent, high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced environment. This role is all about precision, consistency, and teamwork—someone who understands the craft and can execute at a high level every shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage a coal-fired oven with precision and consistency
• Stretch, top, and cook pizzas to spec during service
• Maintain proper dough handling, fermentation, and proofing standards
• Ensure every pizza meets quality and presentation standards
• Ensure a clean, organized kitchen while upholding all food safety standards
• Be part of a fast-moving, team-first environment focused on delivering an elevated guest experience
