About the role

We are actively recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates should have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment and prepare products to standard specifications
• Clean equipment and facility daily
• Work to a schedule that accommodates personal commitments
• Provide great customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Attend to personal hygiene and adhere to store standards
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues via phone and in person
• Perform basic arithmetic operations accurately and efficiently
• Enter information into digital systems using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Participate in systematic training and development opportunities

Requirements

• Age 18 or older
• Available to work between 3-11 hours per shift
• Available to work Saturdays and Sundays or every other weekend
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Good near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
• Standing and walking for short durations
• Lifting and stacking cases of ingredients and supplies up to 72" high
