About the role

We are actively recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates should have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment and prepare products to standard specifications
• Clean equipment and facility daily
• Work to a schedule that works with your needs
• Provide great customer service
• Attend to store cleanliness
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Enter information into digital systems using a computer keyboard or touch screen

Requirements

• Age 18 or older
• Available to work between 3-11
• Available to work Saturdays/Sundays or every other weekend
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
• Ability to enter information into digital systems using a computer keyboard or touch screen

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
• Must be able to work in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions
• Must be able to work in a store environment with exposure to fumes, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts
• Must be able to work under stress and meet strict quality control standards
