About the role

We are actively recruiting for part-time and full-time Customer Service Representatives. This role offers flexible schedules that work with your availability, whether you need a primary job, supplemental income, or a second job for extra cash. You'll handle orders during peak hours, ensuring customers receive their pizzas promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Operate store equipment and prepare products to standard specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility daily.
  • Adhere to schedules, image standards, and customer service expectations.
  • Process orders over the phone and in person with clear communication.
  • Perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) quickly and accurately.
  • Enter information into digital systems using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Handle bulk product deliveries, including unloading and stacking supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and ensure punctual attendance.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be available to work between 3 PM and 11 PM.
  • Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday or every other weekend).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures (36°F in coolers to 90°F+ in work areas).
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under stress and meet quality control standards.

Physical Requirements

  • Talking and hearing, especially for phone orders.
  • Near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks.
  • Depth perception and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
  • Frequent standing and walking short distances.
  • Lifting and stacking cases of ingredients/supplies (up to 50 pounds) onto shelves up to 72" high.

Work Conditions

  • Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks (e.g., removing trash).
  • Sudden temperature changes in work areas.
  • Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and cramped quarters (e.g., walk-in cooler).
  • Hot surfaces/tools (ovens up to 500°F or higher) and sharp edges/moving mechanical parts.
