Responsibilities
- Operate all store equipment.
- Prepare product to standard specifications.
- Clean equipment and facility daily.
- Work to a schedule while maintaining perfect image and adherence to standards.
- Provide great customer service, both over the phone and in person.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, including basic math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Enter information into digital systems using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure punctual attendance.
- Comprehend and give correct written and verbal instructions.
- Unload bulk product deliveries (twice a week or more), including cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, and stack them onto shelves up to 72" high.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be available to work after 3 p.m.
- Must be available to work Saturday/Sunday or every other weekend.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for most tasks, walk short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in work areas).
- Ability to handle hot surfaces/tools (up to 500°F or higher) and sharp edges.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and co-workers.
- Ability to work under stress, meet quality control standards, and make judgments/decisions.
