About the role

Are you looking for that fun, flexible, talk-to-people job? We’re searching for qualified customer service representatives with personality and people skills. Whether it’s your hobby, main gig, or supplemental job, we likely have the right fit. You’ll help customers whether taking an order over the phone, completing their order when they pick up, or taking their dinner to their car. Once you’re an expert, we’ll show you how to make our pizzas, pastas, and sandwiches.

Responsibilities

• Take orders over the phone
• Complete customer orders at pickup
• Deliver orders to customers’ cars
• Prepare menu items including pizzas, pastas, and sandwiches

Schedule

Nights, starting between 4 pm–6 pm and ending 8 pm–10 pm, 3–4 nights per week.

Requirements

• Ability to smile and have fun
• Clean background check
• Over 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Currently residing near store location

Advancement

Many team members began as delivery drivers and have advanced to roles such as assistant manager, general manager, franchise owner, or Manager of Corporate Operations.
