About the role

We're looking for fun, flexible customer service representatives with personality and people skills to join our team. Work part or full time during the busy evening hours, leaving plenty of time for school, friends, or other commitments. Whether it's a hobby, main gig, or supplemental job, we have opportunities for you to grow—perhaps to management or beyond.

You'll engage with customers by taking orders over the phone, completing orders at pickup, or delivering their meals to their car. Once you're an expert, you may also help make our pizzas, pastas, and sandwiches to complete orders.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders over the phone with a friendly and engaging attitude
• Complete orders during customer pickup
• Deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers' cars
• Learn to prepare our products, including pizzas, pastas, and sandwiches, to assist with order fulfillment

Requirements

• Ability to smile and have fun while working
• Pass a clean background check
• Be over 18 years old
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Currently residing near the store location

Schedule

This position is for evenings, starting between 4 PM–6 PM and ending between 8 PM–10 PM, for 3–4 nights per week.
