Responsibilities
- Maintain food quality
- Protect the quality of the guest experience
- Maintain morale and performance of line
- Offer support and constructive criticism
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Help execute effective communication from and to all lines
- Maintain 25% of food cost by managing portion control and minimizing waste
- Cope with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Other duties as assigned
