Responsibilities

• Maintain food quality
• Protect the quality of the guest experience
• Maintain morale and performance of line
• Offer support and constructive criticism
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Help execute effective communication from and to all lines
• Maintain 25% of food cost by managing portion control and minimizing waste
• Cope with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Other duties as assigned
