About the role
As a Pizza Cook at Parkhurst Dining, you will be part of a legacy and exciting growth within Eat’n Park Hospitality Group. Your responsibilities include preparing menu items according to Parkhurst recipes, producing specialty pizzas, ensuring food quality, and interacting with guests professionally.
Responsibilities
- Prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes.
- Produce one (or more) specialty pizza(s) each service period.
- Stretch dough and toss to attain round shape for pizza.
- Maintain the quality and quantity of food throughout the service periods.
- Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner using Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
- Produce pizza dough daily.
Requirements
We're looking for team members who welcome new challenges and care deeply about people. Successful candidates should be able to stand and/or walk 100% of the time, occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, and frequently lift up to 20 lbs.
