About the role

As a Pizza Cook at Parkhurst Dining, you'll be part of a legacy and exciting growth within Eat'n Park Hospitality Group. You'll prepare menu items according to Parkhurst recipes, produce specialty pizzas, ensure food quality, and interact with guests professionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes.
• Produce one (or more) specialty pizza(s) each service period.
• Stretch dough and toss to attain round shape for pizza.
• Maintain the quality and quantity of food throughout the service periods.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner using Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• Produce pizza dough daily.

Requirements

Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.
