About the role
Paisans is known for our award-winning pizza, and we’re looking for passionate Pizza Cooks to join our kitchen team!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas to Paisans standards
- Roll dough, portion toppings, and operate pizza ovens
- Ensure consistency, quality, and speed of all pizzas leaving the line
- Maintain a clean and organized pizza station
- Absorb additional duties as needed
Requirements
- Pizza-making or kitchen experience preferred (training available for motivated candidates)
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license (for those who will be driving company vehicles)
