About the role

Forklift Operators – 1st & 2nd Shift. LSI Staffing is partnering with a leading logistics provider supporting a major automotive manufacturing facility in Lincoln, AL. We are hiring dependable warehouse associates for both 1st and 2nd shifts. This is a 90‑day temp‑to‑hire position with full‑time work available; during the trial period LSI and the client’s management team work closely to assess fit, reliability, and interest in full‑time conversion.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift (training provided if necessary; experience welcomed)
• Work weekend shifts as needed
• Work mandatory overtime

Requirements

• Ability to lift 40 lbs

Qualifications

• No high school diploma or GED required
• Forklift experience required
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
