Responsibilities

• Operate a computer for data entry
• Create and maintain credit information for marker play
• Communicate with cage personnel to manage customer credit lines
• Generate casino comp error reports
• Track and record bets on gaming tables
• Total the amount played and count the number of bets made

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• A neat and professional appearance
• A minimum age of 21
• Basic math skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Proven knowledge and experience on assigned games

About the Role

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks to be handled under time constraints. Must be able to tolerate second-hand smoke and handle a heavy business volume, including dealing with sensitive situations involving staff and guests.
