What You Will Do

• Mentor and help to grow lead craft workers
• Manage contract administration (subcontract/field management meeting for communication)
• Develop a program to maintain good client relations involving staff on site
• Initiate and attend supplementary and regular meetings with clients for problem resolution and planning
• Oversee and approve the month job cost updates and quarterly cash flow projections
• Review, approve, and negotiate change orders
• Develop and implement a plan for project completion and turnover
• Maintain daily records for record keeping purposes
• Ensure that all performance evaluations are completed in a timely fashion for direct reports
• Recommend, where appropriate, organizational, policy, procedural, or staff changes

What You Will Bring

• 8+ years construction experience (3+ years in a foreman/leadership capacity)
• OSHA 30 Certified
• Self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Quickly learn and understand various processes regarding procedures and software programs
• Identify and help resolve any problems that may arise
• Excellent organizational, administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong experience in leadership, safety, negotiations, planning, and contract administration
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Candidates must have transportation
• Willing to work within a 50-mile radius
• Willingness to travel to other states for work is a plus
• Ability to work in a variety of seasonal and weather conditions
