Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive leadership roles within non-profit organizations
• Proven track record of successful fundraising and program development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
