About the Role
Oversees Natural Gas Crew working on job site, ensuring work is compliant with installation and safety standards. Manages field operations with a focus on safety compliance, efficiency, cost management, and innovation. Ensures construction activities follow company procedures and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage large projects with 8 or more employees on a crew.
- Complete required paperwork daily, including timesheets, as-builts or service cards, daily production reports, traceability documentation, and customer pay sheets.
- Train crew members in accordance with company safety policies.
- Serve as the single point of contact with customers, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors performing work in the field.
- Supervise daily operations in accordance with job specifications and customer requirements while monitoring the site for changing safety conditions.
- Monitor crew progress to ensure satisfactory job completion, aligning construction progress with the overall project schedule and cost estimate.
- Oversee all work to ensure compliance with installation standards.
Requirements
- 10 years of Natural Gas experience in both Steel Pipeline Fabrication/Installation and PE Installation.
- Experience with Excavator Operation and Natural Gas Fusion or Welding.
- Class A CDL License required.

- Requires the ability to quickly move arms and legs.
- Must have excellent stamina.
