Pipefitter/Welder

About the role

Responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining various types of piping systems and welding components in industrial settings. Must possess strong mechanical skills and knowledge of safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design and install piping systems according to blueprints and specifications.
• Perform welding tasks using various techniques and materials.
• Inspect work for compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of related experience in pipefitting or welding.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and first aid.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Skills

• Welding certification (e.g., AWS D1.1).
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
