About the role

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems in various industrial settings. Duties include welding, brazing, and cutting operations.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain piping systems
• Perform welding and brazing operations
• Inspect and test piping systems for leaks and defects
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of related experience in pipefitting or welding
• Welding certification from a recognized organization

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects

Skills

• Proficient in using pipefitting tools and equipment
• Knowledge of pipefitting codes and standards
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
