Pipefitter Pre-Apprentice

About the role

Selected participants will begin their employment on the job site within the trade of pipefitting. Participants will learn cutting, prepping, and fitting industrial piping systems.

Responsibilities

• Learn to work as a team
• Develop fundamental skills needed to assist with a specific trade
• Learn how to take basic measurements
• Learn the proper use of hand and power tools
• Learn equipment operation (aerial, scissor, and forklift)

Qualifications

In addition to the items above, all participants will learn how to take basic measurements, the proper use of hand and power tools, and equipment operation (aerial, scissor, and forklift).

Pay
