ManagementFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description about company, location, shift, number of positions, DBIDS badge requirement, security clearance none, essential functions, position demands, guidelines for each journeyperson level, physical requirements, working relationships, principal responsibilities, accountability, standard equipment issue, unique/additional requirements.
We need to use for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to map content to these headings.
We have no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule content. The posting mentions "Second Shift" (schedule). It mentions "Weekend work and/or extended hours may be required." That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section with that detail.
Pay: not mentioned. So omit Pay.
Benefits: not mentioned. Omit.
Skills: we could include a Skills section summarizing required skills (knowledge of pipe bending, etc). But we must not invent or summarize away detail; we can list specific skills as bullet list. That's okay.
Requirements: could include education/training/experience, physical requirements, security clearance, DBIDS badge, reliable transportation, etc.
Qualifications: maybe similar to requirements; but we need to avoid duplication. Perhaps combine.
Better: Use sections: About the role (company overview, location, shift, number of positions, badge requirement). Responsibilities (essential functions, principal responsibilities, accountability). Requirements (position demands, education/training/experience, physical requirements, visual requirements). Skills (specific technical skills like pipe bending, sil-brazing, hydrostatic test, etc). Schedule (second shift, weekend/extended hours). No Benefits/Pay.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like "Must be able to access all Navy installations and other shipyards by obtaining DBIDS and NAVSEA badges." "Security Clearance: No Clearance". "Must be able to lift 50lbs." etc.
We need to ensure we don't omit any substantive info. That's a lot. We'll need to include bullet lists for many items.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove those.
We also need to remove duplicated lines.
Let's extract substantive content:
