Pipefitter Helper PCE

Job Responsibilities

• Aid in assembling and installing piping systems
• Test piping systems for issues and implement corrections
• Operate and manage sophisticated piping systems
• Use various tools and equipment to cut, thread, and assemble pipes
• Weld, solder, or cement joints on pipes
• Attach pipes to fixtures using appropriate equipment
• Hoist loads using rigging equipment
• Work safely and travel as required

Qualifications

• Ability to use and operate a variety of tools and equipment
• Ability to handle, lift, and move heavy pipes and materials
• Effective communication skills

Education & Years of Experience

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Vocational training related to Pipe Fitting preferred
