Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Promote CSUSASW Safety Culture
• Help foreman generate accurate 3 week look ahead and hold team accountable
• Manage manpower performance, productivity, and pre-planning
• Manage apprentice-to-journeyman ratio on projects
• Manage subcontractor field productivity
• Create professional field teams through training
• Attend and participate in project meetings
• Assure trade foreman participation in BIM/VDC process
• Verify project information is turned over to field teams
• Attend weekly staff meetings
• Attend trade-specific foreman meetings and Quarterly foremen meetings
• Discuss productivity, quality, manpower needs, scheduling, and RFI’s with foreman
• Communicate with project managers on unresolved issues and delays
• Document and report deficiencies, delays, and conflicts
• Collaborate with project managers and trade supers on prefab and prefabrication orders
• Attend safety violation meetings and write-ups
• Perform or confirm write-ups for safety, attendance, and violations
• Hold field leaders accountable for safety audits and daily task plans
• Meet with Field Superintendents weekly
