Role Overview

The Pipefitter is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining piping systems for various applications, including heating, cooling, high-pressure transport, oil, chemicals, and natural gas. They interpret blueprints, measure, cut, weld, and lay pipework, ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to safety policies and promote a safety-first culture.
  • Handle, fit, cut, and install drainage, sewer, water, and related components.
  • Plan installation sequences to avoid obstructions and coordinate with other work activities.
  • Perform incidental duties of other crafts when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-5 years of heavy civil construction experience as a proven Pipefitter.
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
  • Physical capability to perform strenuous work in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and teamwork skills.
  • Adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality.
