Pipefitter

About the Role

We are searching for a safety-conscious individual to join our team of people who take pride in their work and strive for excellence. This role involves laying out, positioning, aligning, and fitting together fabricated parts in a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, ISOs, field installations, material takeoffs, field sketches, and specifications
• Fabricate and install screw pipe, socket weld pipe, stainless tubing, carbon steel weld pipe, and stainless steel weld pipe
• Miter and fabricate all pipe
• Install valves, underground pipe, pipe hangers, and supports
• Perform steam and heat tracing
• Use beveling machines
• Handle basic plumbing repair and minor valve maintenance and repair
• Test piping systems
• Perform oxygen and acetylene cutting
• Conduct basic rigging
• Operate pneumatic and electric tools
• Leak test tubing systems
• Perform additional responsibilities as required

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of industrial construction/maintenance industry experience
