About the role
Responsible for overseeing pipe installation and maintenance tasks in construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise pipe installation and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain records of all pipe installations and repairs.
- Coordinate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
- Train new employees on pipe installation techniques and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pipe installation and maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
Skills
- Proficient in using pipe fitting tools and equipment.
- Experience with pipe welding and fabrication.
- Understanding of pipe material properties and applications.

Pay
- $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
