Residential Boiler Technician - Sign On Bonus Available

This position is located in Northern Virginia; candidates must relocate before the job begins. A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is available for qualifying technicians.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial boiler systems
• Perform boiler maintenance and safety inspections
• Troubleshoot gas, oil, and hydronic heating systems
• Install and commission new boiler equipment
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call

Requirements

• 3+ years of boiler service experience preferred
• Experience with gas, oil-fired, and hydronic boiler systems
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• A commitment to quality workmanship and continuous learning
