Job Description
JRT is seeking an experienced Pipefitter/Welder that also has experience fitting/welding stainless and carbon. Both fitting and welding skills are required.
Job Duties
- Fit and weld carbon and stainless steel via Stick and TIG
- Able to fit up piping in preparation to be welded
- Ability to interpret isometric drawings
- Read blueprints, plans, and shop drawings
- Clean and clear debris and hazardous material from pipes as needed
- Includes installation of piping supports such as hanger/strut/all-thread etc.
- Either certified or qualified to be certified to weld pipe in the 6G position open root full penetration
The Work
The projects are new construction with approximately 50% of our work prevailing wages. We perform a wide range of work encompassing large commercial and industrial facilities

Private Wages
Wages are variable due to prevailing wages and dependent on projects. Private Wages: $30 to $45 an hour depending on experience
Prevailing Wage: $85-$95 depending on the published public wage
