We are seeking a Pipe Fabrication Shop - Metal Trades position in Appleton, WI. This role offers opportunities for growth, stability, and support within a respected family-owned business.
Responsibilities
- Learn and assist with pre-fabrication and welding processes
- Grind pipe
- Loading trucks
- Heat treating
- Hydro testing
- Acid washing
- Material distribution
- Operating a forklift, SkyTrak, and/or tractor
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must meet required norms on an aptitude test
- Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds
- Standing, bending, and crouching throughout a 10-hour shift
- Effective reading and using measuring devices
- Teamwork skills
Qualifications
- Positive attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Safety regulations followed at all times, including use of personal protective equipment
