About the role

This position plays a crucial role in the PINS Diversion program, focusing on case planning for youth and families.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive case plans for youth and families.
  • Collaborate with social workers, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to ensure effective case management.
  • Provide support and guidance to youth and families to facilitate positive outcomes.
  • Monitor progress and adjust case plans as necessary.
  • Document all interactions and case activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in case management or social work.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of child welfare laws and regulations.
