About the role
This position plays a crucial role in the PINS Diversion program, focusing on case planning for youth and families.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive case plans for youth and families.
- Collaborate with social workers, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to ensure effective case management.
- Provide support and guidance to youth and families to facilitate positive outcomes.
- Monitor progress and adjust case plans as necessary.
- Document all interactions and case activities accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in case management or social work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
