Qualifications
- Experience in retail, operations, or a related field with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Proven experience with managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines consistently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment without sacrificing quality.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- High level of accountability and ownership over work product and outcomes.
- Proficiency with standard business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Preferred Experience
- Background in retail store operations or similar fast-paced customer-facing environments.
- Experience with project coordination or process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with data analysis or reporting tools to track and communicate performance metrics.
Pay
Anticipated base salary range: $XX-$XX/hour. This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
Schedule
This role follows a hybrid work model based in El Segundo, CA, with in-office presence on designated days.
