About the role

This role exists to drive operational excellence and deliver measurable business impact through ownership of core responsibilities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing strategic initiatives and contributing to True Religion's continued growth by ensuring accountability and outcomes in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive core operational activities that directly influence business performance and team success.
  • Deliver measurable outcomes by managing priorities and meeting deadlines in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align efforts and ensure seamless execution of store-level initiatives.
  • Take full accountability for assigned projects, from planning through execution, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency on progress and challenges.
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables and reporting.
  • Adapt to shifting business needs while maintaining focus on high-priority objectives and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail, operations, or a related field with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Proven experience with managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment without sacrificing quality.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • High level of accountability and ownership over work product and outcomes.
  • Proficiency with standard business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in retail store operations or similar fast-paced customer-facing environments.
  • Experience with project coordination or process improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with data analysis or reporting tools to track and communicate performance metrics.

Pay

Anticipated base salary range: $XX-$XX/hour. This is a full-time, non-exempt position.

Schedule

This role follows a hybrid work model based in El Segundo, CA, with in-office presence on designated days.
